PMB specializes in the assembly of dissimilar materials by vacuum brazing. It makes complex mechanical components for global medical equipment companies. These "metal/metal" or "ceramic/metal" assemblies are integrated into X-ray tubes for scanners, radiotherapy machines or medical implants in the form of hermetic feedthroughs.
It also develops products used in Scientific Research, Defense, Space and Nuclear.
It has a production site in France and a second site in Northern Africa through its subsidiary PMB Tunisia, offering its clients a reliable supply at an optimized cost.

Ground and On-Board Instrumentation
LERITY designs and manufactures instrumentation periscopes able to be deployed in flight for a high-definition, real-time view of the aircraft equipment while in operation as well as the air flows outside the aircraft.
The observation periscopes have several motorized HD cameras on 3 axes allowing for a close observation of equipment. Images are displayed in real time, on board, for analysis by test engineers and are also transmitted to the ground for recording and interpretation in the testing laboratory.
Qualified for high-altitude test flights, LERITY supplies this aeronautical instrument to aircraft manufacturers.

Head Up Display Camera
LERITY has been designing and manufacturing HUD (Head-Up display) cameras for military aircraft for close to two decades. These cameras enable simultaneous recording of the HUD symbols and the field of vision observed by the pilot.
LERITY develops real-time embedded algorithms for enhanced image dynamics. The HUD cameras are suitable for extreme conditions (blinding light and sunshine, landing, pressurization, temperature, humidity, etc.) for any type of aircraft or helicopter (mission and training with "Replay" function).
LERITY supplies DASSAULT AVIATION (RAFALE, MIRAGE 2000 and MIRAGE F1), BOEING (F-15 of the USAF and F-18 of the US NAVY), HAL (LCA Tejas) as well as trainer aircraft such as the Alpha Jet and the ORLIK PZL-130.
LERITY cameras are RTCA - DO-160 qualified and certified as compliant with standards DO-254 and DO-178.

Non-Destructive X-Ray Testing
PMB produces non-destructive X-Ray testing systems combining a high X-ray energy LINAC (linear particle accelerator) with an imaging and handling system. The performance of these systems relies on the use of computerized tomography techniques that combine X-rays with computers to produce images of the inside of the object being inspected. The PMB systems therefore provide cross-sectional and three-dimensional images of the inspected components. They combine precise detection of faults in complex structures, without altering the properties, with a very simple computer interface.
These non-destructive X-Ray testing systems are used in particular to test components and machines in aeronautics and space. These components are subjected to difficult environments and extreme conditions. They require precise and rigorous inspection in order to identify any internal faults.
