The components manufactured by ALSYMEX, in stainless steel and/or nickel alloy (Inconel), using an innovative hydro-forming technology, have high-performance mechanical properties and enable substantial on-board weight savings.
By way of an example, ALSYMEX produces Inconel fittings installed on the fuel circuit of the A400 M's engines.
ALSYMEX also has a line of ABF three-piece machined fittings, which are removable and have metal-metal sealings (250 bar – 600 °C). Their design can be adapted to any of our clients' needs (SW, BW, threaded, etc.).
